Q: What is Weekend Productions relationship to The Belcro Media Ministry?
A: Weekend Productions is the movie production auxiliary of the Ministry.

Q: Why do you call it Weekend Productions?
A: When we first started Weekend Productions, the only time we had to work on projects was the weekend.  We also knew how big weekends are for families -- Saturday for picnics, the lake, and of course, the movies.  Sundays for worship at church.

Q: Will you consider looking at other scripts for production?
A: Yes - in time.  For now, hold onto your scripts.  We are still small and can only take on one project at a time for quality purposes.  As we grow, we hope to handle more.

Q: Will you only make movies about Jesus Christ?
A: No, but he will always be the center of our focus.  We will make movies that bring forth light, enlighten and give hope and understanding.  We will make movies that make people think, feel and remember that they are part of something bigger than themselves.

Q: What is the Member 5+5 program?
A: The Member 5+5 program indicates that you support the work of the ministry by submitting your membership form, donating at least $5.00 to the Ministry and referring 5 friends or family members to our website.  Big numbers speak volumes to Hollywood, the media and our government.  Join us now and make a difference.  Money is not the answer, but it can make a difference if 60 million regular church attendees each gave a few dollars to a cause such as ours.

Q: I have a large email list.  Can I just send that list to you and have you email them?
A: No.  You may email as many people as you desire.  We are not in the business of collecting email addresses, or using them to advance this Ministry.  We will only email those who join our ministry if they indicate they want to be kept apprised of new developments.  We know that the more you participate, the greater the blessings.

Q: If I donate five dollars or more is it tax deductible?
A: The Belcro Media Ministry was organized as a corporation sole in the State of Nevada in 2003.  It is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation under Title 26 § 508 of the IRS code.  Join our Member 5+5 Program.

Q: You state on your About Us page that you believe the pulpit of the 21st century is the movie theatre.  Should that replace going to church on Sunday?
A: No.  We are merely striving to offer Christians quality viewing on Saturday.  We want our children to see movies such as "The Passion of the Christ" instead of the latest chain saw massacre movie.

Q: Who owns The Belcro Media Ministry?
A: The ministry is a corporation sole managed by an Overseer and Board of Regents.

Q: I have worked in the film industry for a number of years and would like to help your cause.  Can I assist in some way?
A: Contact us.  We would love to discuss sharing our future with those who share our vision.  And, don't forget our Member 5+5 program.

Q: Is the Belcro Media Ministry a church?
A: No.  The Ministry is a religious organization that fosters Christian values through various media.  We espouse the common values of all Christian denominations.  The Overseer and members of the Board of Regents belong to various faiths.

Q: What is a Regent?
A: Basically, a Regent is a counselor.  Typically, the Board of Regents makes recommendations regarding the direction the Ministry should take, but all final decisions are made by the Overseer.

Q: What are the requirements to become a Regent?
A: The Belcro Media Ministry is selective in naming Regents to its Board.  If an interested party is first and foremost, a strong Christian with knowledge of the entertainment or publishing industry, and possesses skills that will enhance the qualifications of the board, they will be considered.  We are always looking for community and business leaders who can add depth to our ministry.
